What a Young Man Realized at the Gym in an Apartment Complex at Dawn

When I work out at the apartment gym at dawn,

I’ve noticed that people around my age — thirties rarely show up every morning. (I often go only every other day myself.)

The folks in their fifties and up, though — they’re there almost every single day.

Watching them, I found myself thinking:

They must envy my youth.

They must wish they could go back to my age.

In other words, since I’m young right now and living this hard,

I made up my mind again — so that I won’t have regrets when I reach my fifties,

I have to try everything and give it everything I’ve got.
