
I really love brandy..
I’m fond of wine too,
and I’m crazy about the cognac (a French region) family as well —
The moment it touched my lips: oh wow, this is genuinely delicious;; the aroma is incredible
(feat. May — Family Month — spent with my father-in-law)
That’s how it suddenly hit me, one day.
The barley-based ones feel a bit unfit to me,
and whisky just comes off too sharp?? (I know, I’m such a lightweight…)
You can’t really savor the aroma..

And, decisively —
the only glass I keep at home is a tulip-shaped one,
which, it turns out, is just right for taking in brandy’s aroma.. heh
(+) I kept getting fermentation and distillation mixed up, so I drew a little diagram and added it below.
