Data Analysis
- The fact that the weight and body fat percentage graphs are spreading apart vertically feels like a good sign. Early on they rose together as I was bulking, and now they’re finally starting to pull away from each other.
- Skeletal muscle mass and lean body mass look like they have a correlation close to 1, and even so — the fact that my skeletal muscle mass is the highest it’s ever been, higher than when I weighed 2kg less — strikes me as a pretty encouraging signal.

- The goal is [a muscle-leaning bulk]. To track it, I came up with a Muscle Pig score.
Muscle Pig Score = WeightUP × Skeletal MuscleUP − Body Fat %Down
This is the personalized Muscle Pig score I just put together for myself.
I set the weights as
Weight gain 5 : Skeletal muscle gain 4 : Body fat % loss 1.
In the end, weight and skeletal muscle gain are what really matter, and body fat percentage is naturally folded into both of those anyway, so this should work just fine. Here we go..!
