Fitness = Body sculptor
When you train every day, there are always parts that lag a little behind, and it nags at you.
So you start trying to train more efficiently,
and before long
you find yourself wondering what kinds of muscle the body is actually made of,
which muscles have which traits, and how each one should be trained.
These days, now that my shoulders and back are filling out,
I’ve started zeroing in on my arms (forearms included) and my calves (the second heart — circulation, health),
and honestly, this part is a blast too.
So what?: Forearms, calves, thighs — let’s go, right now
